MoMo is operated by Fify Now LLC. This policy explains how MoMo handles information when people use the service or connect business accounts.

Information we handle

We may handle account and contact information, business profile details, content and instructions you provide, workspace membership and permissions, usage and diagnostic records, billing status from payment providers, and information returned by services you choose to connect. Connected-account access tokens are stored by our connector platform and are used only for the permissions you authorize.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure MoMo, operate business workspaces, create requested drafts and analyses, connect authorized services, measure usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, comply with law, and improve the service. Consequential actions such as publishing or outbound sending remain subject to the applicable approval controls.

Connected services

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, Microsoft, or another provider, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. MoMo does not substitute an operator account for a customer workspace. You can revoke a connection through MoMo or the provider.

Sharing and sales

We share information only with service providers needed to operate MoMo, with workspace members according to their roles, when you direct us to interact with a connected service, or when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. We use access controls, workspace isolation, approval gates, and encrypted provider-managed credential storage. No system is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may update workspace information, disconnect providers, or request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
